Katie L. Eleccion obtained her undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Sacramento State University in 2004. She attended JFKU School of Law graduating in 2008 and immediately passing the bar. Mrs. Eleccion began her career in Fairfield, CA as a private criminal defense attorney, before joining the Solano County Public Defenders office. During her time as a defense attorney, she represented clients with charges ranging from misdemeanors up to life offenses. She has successfully argued and won jury trials, motions and hearings. In 2013 Mrs. Eleccion moved back to her home town of Napa, CA and opened her own firm specializing in family law matters. In 2014 she took on the role of Father’s counsel in CPS dependency matters for all of Napa County. In addition, she also underwent training and became Minor’s Counsel for children of families engaged in highly contested custody matters. Mrs. Eleccion has extensive courtroom experience arguing and zealously litigating matters for her clients.
